The new site provides improved functionality and an enhanced user experience. Product families have been re-organized into more cohesive categories and all part numbers are linked to the updated e‑commerce feature such that quotes or samples may be easily requested or select parts may be purchased. Evaluation kits have been included in each relevant part category for the first time and may also be requested online. In addition, reliability information such as FIT, MTBF and HAST data has been added for most part numbers.
The site search engine has also been greatly improved, allowing a generic site search or a specific search by document type. The generic search conveniently groups results by Product, Document or Content. The document type search in the Tech Docs section may be used to easily retrieve part specific documents such as application notes, data sheets, evaluation kit user guides or IBIS models.
