The Award was presented to Holt at its Mission Viejo headquarters in January 2012. This is the second time Holt has won this prestigious award, following selection from Lockheed’s supplier base of over one thousand manufacturers. Less than one-half of one percent of all Lockheed Martin’s suppliers have been recognized by this award.
Awarded to recognize exemplary supplier excellence, the highly coveted STAR award is granted to a small select number of Lockheed Martin’s best-performing suppliers who distinguished themselves by meeting or exceeding some of the strictest performance criteria in the aerospace industry. To join Lockheed Martin’s elite group of STAR Suppliers, Holt Integrated Circuits achieved 100% quality performance and 100% on- time-delivery over the course of one year. Holt also met or exceeded Lockheed Martin’s Supplier Performance Evaluation metric comprising of quality, delivery, affordability and management/administration.
