Mission Viejo, CA (December, 2017) – Holt Integrated Circuits today announced the release of a new extended temperature 10Base-T/100Base-TX Ethernet PHY transceiver family, HI-5200/HI-5201. Providing both MII and RMII interfaces, the devices are designed specifically for avionics applications, capable of operating from a single 3.3V power supply over the temperature range of -55oC to 125oC. Optional burn-in is also available. The HI-5201 features an enhanced RMII interface, generating a 50 MHz RMII reference clock output for the MAC.

All products are also available in the operating temperature range of -40oC to 105oC and come in 32-pin PQFP and 5mm x 5mm QFN packages.
